At GR Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
Your return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as final sale.
Shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error or defective product).
Items returned beyond the 14-day window or in used/damaged condition.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your bank or payment provider—processing times may vary.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed and must follow the standard return and refund process.
