1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Items marked as final sale are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@grapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.
